Cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date will have NO REFUND. Between 6 to 7 days prior of arrival date will have a 50% re-stocking fee. Cancellations of 8 days and over from arrival date will have no fee. They will be fully refunded.
We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. However, please note that the island frequently experiences shortages, therefore, expect some substitutions of products due to the unavailability of products. We apologize for any inconvenience and if the substitution we chose is unsatisfactory, please let us know and we will refund your money for that product so long as the item is unopened and in it’s original packaging.
