Cocoa Spicy Rub 3 oz

Belize Chocolate Company starts by pressing roasted cacao beans from small family farms in Southern Belize to produce our natural cocoa powder in the form of a cocoa press cake. We grind this into a fine powder and add Belizean spices to produce this delicious rub/marinade for meat, fish and tofu.
